I found a bone Archer spawner but it has no chests! I would like to know if you can get chests from them, and if in the chests there are lots of bones.

Chests do not always accompany spawners. If you break the spawner, you will not get a block (unless you use a mod). The contents of any chests you DO find around spawners will not have items related to the spawner itself.
